Can't miss GLS session

Which speaker should I make sure not to miss?

I got a chance to hear a snippet of where Craig is going with his talk this year so, I would say definitely be there for the start of Session 1. Also, I’m excited about hearing Nick Saban share from a coaches perspective.

I’m excited for Tasha Eurich’s talk on becoming “Shatterproof.” As the world’s leading self-awareness expert, she’s going to challenge something most of us have bought into - that resilience is enough. Her research shows that while resilience helps us survive, it won’t help us thrive in our constantly chaotic world.

What really intrigues me is her premise that we need a “second skillset” beyond just bouncing back. We’ve all seen leaders who seem unbreakable - they handle crisis after crisis but never seem to actually grow stronger from it. They survive, but they don’t transform.

Tasha’s going to show us how to turn stress into growth and uncertainty into confidence. Given her work with Google, the NBA, and even the White House Leadership Development Program, she knows what it takes to help leaders thrive under pressure.

Stan - so many great speakers. Joh Acuff and Christine Caine may be the two of my highest anticipated.

Craig always brings practical, easy-to-implement ideas! I take away something every year that I can implement into my leadership immediately.
