My current go-to is actually right here in our backyard - the Love Fort Wayne Podcast. What I love about it is that it features local and regional leaders who are making real impact, not just in Fort Wayne but across the country. There’s something powerful about hearing leadership lessons from people who understand our community, our challenges, and our opportunities.

These aren’t just theoretical leadership concepts - they’re stories from leaders who’ve navigated the same economic shifts, community dynamics, and growth opportunities we all face. When you hear how a Fort Wayne leader built their team, overcame a major setback, or created lasting change, it feels immediately applicable.

I’d recommend starting with any episode that features a leader in your sector - you’ll be surprised by the connections and insights.

Here’s what I’m curious about: What’s one leadership lesson you’ve learned from someone right here in Fort Wayne that you couldn’t have learned from a book or national speaker? Sometimes our best teachers are the people working alongside us in our own community.

I think we often overlook the incredible leadership wisdom that exists right in our city. This podcast does a great job of highlighting those stories that might otherwise go untold.
