When have you seen your faith directly impact a leadership decision or situation?

How is your foundation of faith upholding you as you lead?

This is something that I work hard to infuse in all of my decisions and how I conduct myself. I am still human and make mistakes, but I have really been intentional on reflecting and humbling myself to make adjustments and own my mistakes. I try and be authentic in all of my interactions and really pray through each situation. Before every professional learning I lead, I pray that God speaks through me and gives me the confidence to fulfill His mission for my life. It’s a beautiful thing when I’m able to let go of my own ambitions and views and let Him lead!

Absolutely love this, Allie! Great reminder for us all

I have leaned into the example of Jesus - leadership through asking questions. By including others in decisions and conclusions, it’s a more humble and inclusive approach than making declarative statements. I remind myself of this daily.

My foundation of faith is my anchor. It helps me lead with grace and to see people the way God sees them. It reminds me that leadership isn’t about perfection, but about service and humilty. I often have to pause and ask myself, is this decision reflective of would God would want and then move forwward accordingly.
